Home to some of the world’s busiest cities, quaint towns, and spectacular landscapes, New York State has it all. Although often overshadowed by its largest city, the Empire State is a great place to explore for music, art, history, and nature aficionados. In fact, New York State has set record after record in terms of tourism, and it’s only expected to get even more popular in the future. That said, here are four prime destinations to consider when planning your trip:
New York City
No list on New York State’s destinations is complete without the vast metropolis of NYC. Page after page online attempts to itemize the attractions you must visit to get to know the Big Apple, from the world-famous to the obscure. But it might be better to approach this busy city neighborhood by each individual neighborhood, as each has its own distinct charm and quirky activities. Manhattan, for instance, is the most recognizable, home to landmarks like the Empire State Building, Central Park, and Times Square. Rochester

Buffalo
