What is the Maximum Benefit for Adventure Sports coverage?

If you are under age 50 and purchase the Adventure Sports option, you are covered for Eligible Medical Expenses and Eligible Transportation Expenses while participating in the Adventure Sports listed in your Certificate, subject to a Maximum Benefit of $50,000. The Maximum Benefit is $25,000 if you are age 50 through 59, and $10,000 if you are age 60 to 64. The Adventure Sports option is not available if you are age 65 or older.
